This PROMO studio is equipped with a kitchen including a cooker with hob, microwave and fridge. The private bathroom has a shower, and towels and bed line are provided free.
- This is a booking confirmation, if you are interested in a specific room number or position we can not confirm. Anyway we will do always the best to select this room if we have availability the day of your check-in.

Deposit Policy:
-30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. If the payment is not made within 48 hours, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
-The remaining 70% will be paid on the day of arrival at the establishment.
CANCELATION CONDITIONS
- When making your reservation, you must pay a 30% deposit to secure your booking. If you do not pay this deposit within 48 hours, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
-If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge you.
-If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline, the establishment will charge 30% of the entire stay.
-If you cancel 5 days before the arrival date or do not show up, the establishment will charge the entire stay.
-Early departure: 100% of expenses
